We know your business runs on InkeepX, and that trust starts with keeping your data safe. Here is an overview of how we protect it.
Encryption
All traffic between your devices and InkeepX is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS). Sensitive credentials are hashed, never stored in plain text.
Access control
Role-based permissions let you decide exactly what each staff member can see and do. Owners can invite, restrict, and remove team members at any time, and review activity through built-in logs.
Payments
Subscription payments are handled by established payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Reliable infrastructure
InkeepX runs on secure, monitored infrastructure with regular backups so your data is protected against loss. Our offline mode also keeps a local copy so you can keep selling during connectivity issues, syncing safely when you reconnect.
Your part
- Use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
- Give staff only the access they need.
- Remove access promptly when someone leaves your team.
- Keep your devices and browsers up to date.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it responsibly to security@inkeepx.com. We appreciate the help of the security community and will investigate every report.
