These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InkeepX website and software (the “Services”) provided by InkeepX Technologies (“InkeepX”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including that of staff you invite. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
- Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle. If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until it is resolved.
4. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid plan (or a limited plan) at the end of the trial unless you cancel. We will make clear the terms of any trial at sign-up.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you put into the Services. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and update features from time to time. Current status is on our System Status page.
7. Cancellation & termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request an export of your data before termination.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkeepX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
